Application
Ashless Dispersant PIB1300 is a polymer compound, usually used as an additive in lubricating oil and fuel oil. It effectively prevents the formation of engine deposits while also having a cleaning and dispersing action. Unlike PIB1000, PIB1300 has a higher molecular weight and thus can provide better performance over a wider temperature range. Its full name is Polyisobutylene Succinimide Ashless Dispersant PIB1300, where “Succinimide” means that it is prepared by reacting PIB1300 with succinic anhydride and other compounds. This additive improves the performance of lubricating oils and fuel oils, prolongs the life of machines and equipment, and reduces maintenance costs.
